Due to the specialized nature of the Salesforce development, I was the first line of contact for any new work requests from any of the CBS brands. It was my responsibility to analyze each request to determine the scope and technical effort, then budget the resources accordingly. I would determine delivery windows, then use modern tools to build the respectable sprints, communicate responsibilities to team members and provide regularly scheduled update reports to principals.
As an active member of an agile development team, I was closely involved with the daily work progress and regular stand-ups. As a result, I was able to prioritize bugs, schedule deployments and accurately manage expectations accordingly. These efforts normally spanned multiple, simultaneous projects and included managing the frequent context switching of technologies for the team.
